I got a text message this weekend while being amazed watching the new Star Trek. It read, “Michael Jackson Died!”. I thought that was crazy news but I didn’t really follow up on it till I got back to work yesterday. I caught up yesterday with all the Michael Jackson news I was missing. That’s a lot of moonwalking.
Everyone has memories of the guy. Mine consist of watching Moon Walker with my friend who shared the same initials as MJ. MJ’s dad took him to see the Michael Jackson concert in 87. I wasn’t allowed to watch He-man. Its ok it evened out. My friend MJ wasn’t allowed to have sugar. My dad being a diabetic always made sure to have appropriate amounts sweets on the premises.
My friend also owned MJ’s albums. So what do good christian boys do with Michael Jackson records? Play them backwards looking for Satanic messages of course. We came away with nothing except one message. I forget what song it was but we heard very clearly “Ramblers will die“. What!? Who will die? We looked up the word ramblers not even knowing that it was a word and found it to basically mean homeless people or bums. We went away thinking that’s some pretty satanic shtuff.
I’ve been known to come out of garage sales and thrift stores with some unique items. A month ago or so I went to a garage sale and bought two things. One an Atari controller that plays old games, and Michael Jackson’s Thriller album. Its original and in very good condition. I’m gonna be rich!
Poor MJ. He might be the King of Pop but he definitely isn’t the King of Kings. I hope he is not burning in hell. Apparently some seem to think he won’t be. Read here
