I highly recommend the documentary Peace and Propaganda. It is available in its entirety via Google Video. Also you can download the whole thing. I downloaded it and watched it on my Ipod. It was pretty good quality.
Its been a couple of years since I watched 3 documentaries on the Middle East Conflict. Promises, Israel: A Nation Is Born, and Elusive Peace. Promise focused on how the ongoing conflict affected children in the region. While the other two were several hours long and were mostly centered around the movement of the Jewish people to their own state. Generally the bias as expected was very pro Israel/America.
This documentary was a breath of fresh air. I went to a church who was very Pro American/Pro Israel which sounds good on the surface until you realize that it is solely politics. Peace and Propaganda displayed how controlling the Israel government can be over what makes the evening news every night here in the states. This is a good documentary to watch in light of Obamas recent work on the Middle East.
